Shared calendar
Who has the car this weekend?
A booking calendar built for a shared classic. It knows every Irish bank holiday, charges more points for the days everyone wants, and stops anyone taking every sunny Saturday.
What every day costs
- Winter weekday: 0.5 points
- Standard day: 1 point
- Season weekend: 1.5 points
- Peak day: 2 points
Each car gets 120 points a year, split by share. Bookings run 3 days or more. Cancel 14 days ahead and you keep every point.

Questions
About the calendar.
Do we have to buy our share through Mile Club to use the calendar?
No. Any group sharing a car can use it. Set it up, invite your co-owners by email, and you're running.
Who pays for it?
The lead owner, €15 a month per car. Co-owners use it free. Most groups pay it from the running-costs fund.
Can we use our own rules?
Yes. Every group starts on the standard rules, and the lead owner can change the points, minimum and maximum booking lengths, peak limits and mileage once the group agrees.
